To open CBSE Schools at every taluka and district headquarters in North Karnataka and adjoining states.

To start several girls residential schools and QIP centres for teachers.

To establish international schools in foreign countries and further strengthening academic collaborations with reputed International Agencies, Organizations and Universities

To start training centres for competitive examinations like IAS, IPS and IIT; CET training in rural areas;

To start an independent medical college and hospital at Hubli.

To further consolidate facilities at the hospitals run by the Society with addition of more numbers of super specialties and establishment of Standalone Trauma Centre with Helicopter Ambulance.

To popularize the concept of telemedicine already initiated by KLE Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & Medical Research Centre of the Society.

To create a state-of-art facility of Cancer Hospital at Belgaum on the lines of Tata Memorial Cancer Centre, Mumbai.

The ultimate objective of the KLE Society is to develop world-class infrastructure for educational institutions / colleges, hospitals, extension centres and entrepreneurship cells in engineering and management institutions prominently to place KLE on the global map of Education, Health Care and Research and to achieve unique status as GLOBAL KLE.
