Applications with certified and relevant documents along with Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) (Non-refundable) drawn in favour of the President, KLE Society, Belagavi at any Nationalized Bank, payable at Belagavi, Karnataka and filled in applications should reach to: “The Secretary, KLE Society’s, Board of Management, College Road, Belagavi-590 001, Karnataka” within one month from the date of advertisement in Employment News. SC/ST and Female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

General Instructions:

• Candidates whose applications are screened as per norms will be called for interview
• No TA/DA will be admissible to attend the interview
• Relaxations of eligibility of candidates will be as per existing rules

1. The last date for receipt of application will be 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News. If the last date happens to be a Sunday or closed holiday, the next working day will be taken as crucial last date. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of application from candidates.
2. Maximum Age Limit for the Post of Sr. Scientist & Head: Should not exceed more than 47 years as on closing date of application.
3. Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates is as per Government of India rules.
4. Duly Signed application in the prescribed format along with self attested copy of proof for date of birth, minimum essential qualifications, caste certificate for availing age relaxation and self attested photo affixed in the application should be addressed to “The Secretary, Board of Management, KLE Society, College Road, Belagavi-590001, Karnataka” and preferably sent by registered post only. The envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Sr. Scientist & Head”.
5. KVK, its management or funding agency will not be responsible for any postal delay.
6. KVK is functioning under the Acts and Statutes of KLE and not under ICAR.
7. Employed applicants should send the applications through their employer with No Objection Certificate (in original).
8. Incomplete application(s) in any form and the application(s) received after due date will not be considered.
9. The candidate should be himself / herself confirm his / her eligibility for the post applied for before submission of application. No correspondence, whatever, in this regard shall be made /entertained.
10. KLE Society, Board of Management, College Road, Belagavi reserves the right to fill the post or cancel the advertisement.
11. A Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank for a sum of Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only (Rs. 2,500/-) as processing fee (Non-Refundable) drawn in favour of President, KLE Society, Belagavi, Karnataka payable at Belagavi should be enclosed with application. SC/ST and female candidates are not required to submit the processing fee.
12. Incomplete applications and applications without supporting documents viz., proof for date of birth, minimum essential qualifications, caste certificate for availing age relaxation etc/applications received after the crucial last date will be summarily rejected.
